Nice Duplex with terrace in Locquirec harbour, 50M from the beach

Our fully renovated duplex, located on the port of Locquirec, faces south and features an enclosed terrace with armchairs, a table and garden bench, a parasol, and a BBQ. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob with electric oven, television, and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: the blue bedroom, with a partial sea view, a double bed (140cm), a wardrobe, and a closet; and the coral bedroom, with two single beds (90cm) pushed together. A travel cot is available upon request. Each bedroom has access to a bathroom with two sinks and a shower, a washing machine, and a separate toilet. For added comfort, you can rent duvet covers for €10 per bed, as well as towels for €20 (bath towels and dish towels). During the summer season, from July 1st to August 31st, I rent by the week, not by the night. The minimum stay is 2 nights outside of peak season. This apartment will delight you with its proximity to beaches and shops, the butcher/deli, the sailing and surfing school, and the vibrant life of our beautiful village, which is just as charming in summer as in winter. Conveniently located between Morlaix and Lannion (30 minutes), with a bus stop near the duplex. You will be 60 minutes from Brest airport. In the summer, the market takes place on Wednesdays from 9 am to 1 pm, as well as a night market on Fridays. Another large Sunday market takes place in Plestin-les-Grèves, 7 km away. Shuttle boats will take you to discover the Bay of Morlaix with its magnificent Château du Taureau, all the way to the Île de Batz, departing from the port. Locquirec is close to the Pink Granite Coast, Perros-Guirec, and Ploumanac'h (one of the French's favorite villages). Our duplex is ideal for a family of 4, with the possibility of sleeping 6 with the sofa bed in the living room. Close to the sailing school for your teens.........
