The Space:

As this home is over 2000 sq feet, nicely appointed finishes, hard wood floors (easy cleaning) and staged for up to 8 adults to stay comfortably with 2 additional beds available for extra guests.



Bedrooms 2 and 3 the beds can be made as a single King each or split into 2 separate twin XL beds and an additional roll away bed can be provided for the master meaning you can comfortably sleep 8-10 individual adults in this home without feeling cramped!

King Size memory foam bed with pillow top layer, dresser, 4k Smart TV, Ample space for pack and play/crib, and walk in closet.



1 of the two walk in closets is locked by the owner for supplies. Everything else is available for guest use.



Roll away beds, pack and play, and crib available upon request at NO charge. ** Please allow us at least 4 hours advance notice to have these additional items ready for your arrival.**

✦ PARKING ✦ Garage includes 1-2 covered parking,EV charger, 1-2 cars can fit In the driveway depending on vehicle size and additional street parking is available for 4-8 vehicles.



There are NO restrictions on street parking so feel free to park wherever is convenient, we only ask that you do not block the neighbors driveway.



Best spot to park your extra cars and trucks is directly in front of the house that way the cameras have an eye on them. There is additional parking down the side of the house where the fence line runs all the way back to the neighbors property line.



There are very few other properties that come close in comparison at this price. You will not be disappointed



Guest Access:

You’ll have access to the entire home except for a supply closet we have locked.



The Neighborhood:

This is a very quiet, cozy neighborhood nest sold amongst large opulent homes.



You'll be surrounded by Parks, oversize manicure lawns, Greenbelt, and often time, see families and young couples, their dogs and children and strollers.



You're close enough to the highway that it's convenient to get around but far enough a way that you won't hear any noise.



You'll have easy access to shopping, and some of the best restaurants Killeen, and Harker Heights have to offer



You're also very conveniently located near I-95 so easy access to Austin



Getting Around:

You're gonna prefer to have a private vehicle

✔ Pet stays are welcome with an additional pet fee

✔ No parties, smoking, or unauthorized visitors

✔ Nightly rate is calculated at time of booking based on size of your booking party.

We understand things change. Please communicate with us and understand your price may adjust up or down depending on number of people in your booking party. Failing to disclose the number of occupants prior to arrival is grounds for termination of your stay without refund. If things change, we only ask that you let us know and give us the opportunity to accomodate you and your group.

We charge $50 per king bed (2 twin xl beds) we merge together. This covers the cost of merging, the mattress topper and the memory foam layer underneath, the cleaning after along with the extra trip expense to come and merge the beds.

1. Early Arrival after 2 PM CST for $40.00.

2. Super Early Arrival after 12:30 PM CST for $55.00.

3. Red-Eye Arrival any time after 9 AM CST for $100.00.

1. Late Check-out until 12 PM CST for $40.00.

2. Super Late Check-out until 1:30 PM CST for $55.00.

3. Mega Late Checkout any time until 5 PM CST for $100.00.

Pets are allowed however pet privilege fees apply (PER PET - this is not a cleaning fee):

$10 per night per pet



★ ★ Mid-Stay Cleaning★ ★

we offer a complementary mid stay clean for stays longer than 30 days or upon request. An additional fee may apply. This is not a laundry service.



If you'd like to take advantage of any of these options, please let us know. We will send you a resolution request, and once paid, our cleaning staff schedule will be updated with the new check-in / check-out time.
