One of the best location in Scottsdale, surrounded by amazing golf courses and 5 star dining & shopping. Only a short drive away from to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter/TPC Scottsdale.
The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a ping pong table, a private pool, BBQ grill, indoor washer & dryer & a large backyard.
The Space Home Layout:
• Bedroom 1: King bed W/ private master bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
• Living room with large sectional & big TV
• Second living room with a ping pong table
• Dining room with large table for the whole family
TV Instructions - All TVs set up with streaming capabilities, stream your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Disney + etc.

No Smoking. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and medicinal or recreational marijuana. If you smoke, please do so away from the building. Evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Patio Furniture and Chairs – Please push in the patio chairs to the table when done. Wipe down the table after you use it.
