About this villa rental
Relax in this pretty typical house of the basin, with neat decoration and ideally located in the heart of Arcachon and the Aiguillon, 300 meters from the beaches and the port and close to all shops.

On two levels, it is organized as follows:
On the first floor,
- A nice private entrance and a cloakroom
- A large living room / living room with cable TV and netflix, sofa and dining table
- An open kitchen with all the necessary equipment and opening onto the terrace
- A double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet
Upstairs,
- A reading and games area on the mezzanine
- Two charming double bedrooms
- A shower room and its toilet
You will also benefit from fibre WIFI access and air conditioning.
The villa has just been completely renovated and its equipment is new.
🌿 TERRACE: the spacious and sunny terrace is ideal for enjoying your meals in a convivial atmosphere.
A barbecue completes your mild summer evenings and aperitifs.
🛏️ LINEN: sheets and towels are included, we provide a change of linen during your stay for bookings of more than 15 days. The linen is washed with environmentally friendly and hypoallergenic products.
☕️ CONSUMABLES: we provide everything you need for your arrival (salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper, coffee, ecological household products, etc.). We leave it up to you to complete as needed during your stay.
