There is access to the whole house. We use a smartlock. Parking is located on the grass in the front of the house.

This home is professionally managed, with all the comforts of home. You'll have everything you need for a pleasant stay, including fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper...

We take time to make sure the place is sparkling clean and ready for your stay.

In this area, public transportation options are limited, making having a car the most convenient way to get around. For guests without a car, I recommend utilizing rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft for transportation needs.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 8 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking or vaping inside. Violation incurs a $500 cleaning fee.

6) No unauthorized pets.Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee per pet.

7) Check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise specified. Failure to adhere to these times will result in a $75 per hour fee for late check-out beginning after 11:30 AM.

8) No events or parties. Parties will be stopped immediately and reservation will be cancelled with no refund. $300 unauthorized party fee will be charged.

9) Please note, this is a 2 story structure with stairs. There are no child safety gates installed on the stairway. Young children must be supervised at all times.

10) Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. You must be keep outdoor noise to a minimum during late evening and night hours, and be respectful of the neighborhood at all times.
