Important Details:
• H4 Towing will patrol the property and tow vehicles, in violation, with no prior notice given for the following:
-Parking is first come first serve
-Park your vehicle in the open space parking inside the complex
-Parked on red curb, no parking zone, stripped hash marks.
-Parked in handicap space with no disabled license plate or placard displayed.
-Vehicles blocking the driveway entries, exits, or other vehicles.
-Vehicles parked over the line, Taking up two or more spaces or parked behind another.
• Toiletries & Supplies: A starter kit is provided, including soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. For longer stays, guests are responsible for restocking. Nearby convenience stores are available for supplies.

• Dishwashing Supplies: Detergents are provided and stored under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
• Complex has a laundry room. You will have access to the laundry room
• The pool availability may be subject to temporary closure based on the building maintenance. While we strive to keep the pool open as much as possible, the maintenance work is essential to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please note that the pool season is from memorial day to Labor day. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure the best experience for our guests.
• Pool hours: 9 AM–10 PM Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM on Sunday, and closed Mondays for cleaning.
• The unit is pet friendly however we do charge a one time pet fee of $100 .
•Damage Waiver OR Security Deposit: As part of our booking policy, we require a refundable security deposit of $300 or a damage waiver fee of $35 non refundable to cover any unforeseen incidents. This must be paid before your check-in.

The property was clean and great communication with the host. The website describing it as new and modern was not quite correct. The faucet in the shower was coming out of the wall and the couch was so broken down, we could hardly sit on it to watch TV. This was the same couch that was supposed to sleep two which would not have been possible. I was literally afraid the couch was going to breakdown and fall in and we are not fat people. The mattress in main bedroom was hard as a rock but bedding was clean. Carpet and flooring was all clean and nice. There was insufficient quantity of bedding and towels. This rental could be really nice with a little bit of upkeep and replacement of furniture.
