All electric and plumbing has been replaced as has the HVAC system - modern comforts with the taste of history. Spend time outside enjoying the covered front porch or in the large, level backyard – ideal for morning coffee, playtime, and evening wind-downs. Plus, bring your furry companions along (dogs only)!
Enter into the bungalow via a large foyer with views of the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as lovely original wood stairs leading to the 2 bedrooms and 1/2 bath upstairs. Also located on the 1st floor is a sitting room, that connects the living room and bedroom, which could be used as a sitting room, office or closet for the bedroom. Lastly, there is full bath, eat-in kitchen area and a enclosed back porch equipped with a washer and dryer to round out the 1st floor. Upstairs includes two bedrooms and 1/2 bath.
PARKING - There is a private driveway with ample room for two cars as well as street parking. Guests also have full access to the new 1-car garage for parking or storage.
PET POLICY (DOGS ONLY - 2 MAXIMUM): We warmly welcome responsible pet owners to bring well-behaved, house-trained furry companions. Please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors (doggy bags provided) and refrain from allowing them on furniture. For the safety of your pet and others, we require all pets remain under full supervision at all times and local laws require them to be on a leash when outside of the fenced area. Please disclose your pet at the time of booking to ensure proper cleaning for future guests (additional pet fee applies).
