3bed/3bath. King bed master suite upstairs, with 55” TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath. Downstairs has two bedrooms with queen beds and two full baths. Open kitchen/ dining room. Tasty coffee/tea for real people: brew pot, pour over, Keurig, French press. Den has 70” smart TV and big comfy couch. Bring your RV, truck, or trailer- 30amp electric service and locked back yard gate. Come visit!
Sparkling new remodel ready for a relaxing stay. Super for traveling nurses and corporate needs. Close to Balloon Fiesta Park, Los Ranchos village, 5 miles to ALL hospitals, to University of NM, and only 40 miles from here up to Santa Fe. We're travelers too so we know how nice it is to stay in a brand new comfortable place.
The whole two story house is yours. Trailer access and RV w 30Amp hookup in side yard. We can arrange locked interior storage in a rear building by prior request.

We are one block from the city-wide bike loop and walking trails!
Tons of parking, carport, in front of property, in side, or back yard.
Don’t even think of parking in front of other houses.
