The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.

We booked the villas at Seascape and when we got there the Villa we were supposed to stay in was dirty and had dead insects on the floor and under the beds. I immediately called Seascape and they were very accommodating and put us in aerial dunes 2 in a beautiful three bedroom condo on the 19th floor. We had a great three days there but the day before we were supposed to check out the AC went out and we had to cut our trip short because they did not know when they could get it fixed. Even though we had a rough couple of days Ariel dunes is super nice so I’ll just chalk this up as an unusual experience.
