Step inside and you'll find a bright, welcoming living space. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast table with seating for three, and additional seating at the counter. Nearby, the dining table comfortably seats four.

The living room includes a spacious L-shaped sofa with plenty of room to relax after a day spent exploring, golfing, enjoying the pool, or visiting the coast. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the outdoor patio.

Outside, enjoy expansive views overlooking the lake and golf course. With outdoor seating for six, the patio is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the Florida sunshine, or wind down at the end of the day.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, dresser space, and beautiful lake views. The attached primary bathroom includes an updated vanity and a large walk-in shower tiled from floor to ceiling.

The converted den provides an additional flexible space with a twin-size bed and workstation, making it convenient for kids or for setting up a laptop during your stay. The second bedroom offers another queen-size bed and plenty of room to relax. Nearby, the second bathroom features an updated vanity and a shower/tub combination.

The Artist's Way makes it easy to experience Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast. Explore the shops and restaurants around Lakewood Ranch, discover Sarasota's dining, cultural attractions, and entertainment, or plan a relaxing day at one of the area's beaches. Siesta Key Beach is a popular option, known for its soft white quartz sand and inviting Gulf setting. With so much to see and do throughout the area, the condo offers a comfortable place to return to after every adventure.

Your reservation may require completion of a Homeowners Association application that requests personal information. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

Please note: If another guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, Lakewood National amenities may not become available until 2:00 PM the following day because of HOA processing requirements. This process is outside the control of Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.

The Lakewood National Golf Club transfer fee is included in the final booking price and provides guests with access to the championship golf courses and other resort amenities. Guests must complete and submit the required membership application before check-in.

Lakewood National features two Arnold Palmer-designed 18-hole courses, the Commander Course and Piper Course. Guests can also enjoy a grand clubhouse, fitness center, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, lagoon-style pool, poolside dining, and full-service spa. The community has hosted the LECOM Suncoast Classic on the Korn Ferry Tour.
