This spacious 3rd-floor condo is ideal for 2–3 families, comfortably sleeping 6–8 guests (up to 10 max). Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (most comfortable with 8 adults + 2 children in bunks).
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.
No parties, events, or gatherings larger than confirmed guest count.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Pets are not permitted in this condo.
Beach service (2 chairs + 1 umbrella) included daily (March–October).

We had a *mostly* great stay in this unit! Beach access was great, the location is a favorite for us, and the unit itself was very enjoyable. Our ONLY complaint was the smoking policy at the condominium. Because the unit is on the top floor, we unfortunately had tenants below that smoked literally all day long, and the smoke inevitably floated to our balcony, making the balcony almost unusable. For us, having a balcony is always a must on our trips so we can enjoy the beach into the evening, but that was not the case this time. We did speak to the office manager, and they advised HOA policy allowed smoking on the balcony and beach. (We also asked to move chairs at the beach due guests smoking next to our kids - one of whom is asthmatic). I know smoking isn’t a deal breaker for many (normally including us), but in this case, there wasn’t more than a 5 minute period where we could enjoy the balcony without inhaling smoke. Again, the unit itself was great and we enjoyed that aspect very much!

Communication prior to our stay and durning was great! We were able to get into the property a few hours early, which we greatly appreciated. The property was clean and has everything we needed. The location was awesome and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach and the beauty of the Gulf!
