Located in Lauris, just 5 minutes from Lourmarin and near the Domaine de Fontenille, this elegant 200 m² villa welcomes you in a natural setting, between vineyards and forests.
It can accommodate up to 10 guests with its 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms/WC and a large convivial living room. Outside, enjoy a shaded terrace with summer kitchen and a heated swimming pool (11 x 5 m).
From the house, set off on foot or by bike to discover the landscapes of the Luberon!
Spacious and bright, the house is organized on two levels with beautiful living spaces.
On the first floor, a living room of 90 m² with living room, large table and fully equipped open kitchen. A double bedroom with private shower room, as well as a laundry room and guest toilet complete this level.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (2 of which have en-suite shower rooms), a separate shower room and separate toilets. Each bedroom is equipped with a portable fan for your comfort.
Outside, enjoy a fully equipped summer kitchen, a private heated salt water swimming pool (12 x 5 m), a 5,100 m² enclosed garden with views of the Luberon and a large furnished terrace. There are several shaded areas where you can relax in peace.
