Built over two levels, villa TAKAMAKA offers wide and spacious spaces, in front of the crystal-clear waters of Grand-Cul-de-Sac lagoon. The air-conditioned living room can be accessed through an exterior staircase and opens onto the terrace where the pool is located. It welcomes guests into a soothing, cozy atmosphere, with a comfortable sofa and mocha-colored cushions under the high, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. Close to this lovely part of the room, you'll find the dining area with table and chairs, right next to the fully-equipped kitchen.
At the front of villa TAKAMAKA, the terrace offers a fantastic view over the lagoon and the blue ocean. On the lounge side, the lovely heated infinity swimming pool sparkles under the Caribbean sun. You’ll also enjoy the fine deckchairs and the outdoor lounge. In this dreamy setting, take time to relax and watch the beauty of the island of St-Barths, under the shade of the white parasols in utmost quiet luxury.
TAKAMAKA hosts two air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Both are on the lower level, accessible via a few outside steps on the side of the terrace. They are furnished with large beds and feature HDTVs, and they open onto a long terrace with breathtaking ocean views and large, comfortable deckchairs in a very private atmosphere, the best place to relax after beautiful days exploring the island.

Heated Pool Clause: The heating system is activated during the period from November 15 to April 30. The water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on external weather conditions. In the event of exceptional weather conditions (very low outside temperatures, strong winds, temporary failure of the heating system), the owner cannot be held responsible for a temperature below the specified range, provided that all the usual precautions have been taken to ensure the system operates correctly.
Air Conditioning Clause: The tenant agrees to use it responsibly, including keeping doors and windows closed while the system is in use and turning it off when leaving the premises. Any excessive or inappropriate use (e.g., continuous use with open windows, setting the temperature unusually low) may result in a deduction from the security deposit in the event of significant overconsumption or damage to the system. In the event of a breakdown not caused by the tenant, the owner agrees to take action as quickly as possible. No compensation will be provided unless the system is unusable for more than 48 hours during periods of high temperatures.
Wi-Fi Clause: The property includes free Wi-Fi Internet access for the tenant’s comfort. This connection is intended for reasonable and lawful use only. The tenant agrees not to use the network for any illegal activities (such as illegal downloads or prohibited content). The owner cannot be held liable for any network malfunction or interruption beyond their control (e.g., service provider issues or maintenance). No compensation will be granted in the event of a temporary outage.
