This lovely two bedroom flat is located on the border of trendy Peckham, Camberwell and East Dulwich (London Travel Zone 2) with lots of bars, restaurants, parks and great transport links a short walk away.
The flat is very well equipped. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a high quality queen size air bed; the kitchen has all appliances to cook a nice meal in and the living room has a large TV with a comfortable sitting area to relax in.
This is an adequate space for up to 4 guests.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

The area is known for its mix of independent cafés, bakeries, pubs and local restaurants, with Camberwell Green just a short stroll away. You’re close to green spaces like Ruskin Park for walks and fresh air, while Peckham and Brixton are both easily reachable for markets, nightlife and shopping. With a strong community feel, cultural spots, and everyday essentials all nearby, it’s a great base for experiencing an authentic side of London.
It is very well connected for getting around London. Denmark Hill station is just a short walk away, offering fast National Rail and Overground services into central London and beyond, including easy links to Victoria, Blackfriars and St Pancras. Numerous bus routes run nearby along Camberwell Road, providing frequent services to Elephant & Castle, Brixton, Peckham and the West End. With night buses and good road connections also close at hand, getting around is simple at any time of day.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
