About this cottage rental
House in a housing development in calme.De the swimming pool, the view overlooks the mountains.
The shops are 5 minutes walk away. The visit of Annecy can be done from the house by bus or by car. You will find restaurants around or around the lake and in the city. Bike rentals are possible for beautiful walks in the surrounding area as well as around the lake.
A key box allows you to enter and return to the house without worries.
A parking lot in front of the house allows you to park 2 vehicles and bicycles can be stored in the garden via a locked gate.

On the first floor:
☆ A kitchen, open to the living room, Perfectly equipped, it has everything you need to cook (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher)
☆ A toilet and cupboard at the entrance
On floor 1:
☆ two bedrooms
One with 1 double bed
One with 2 trundle beds
☆ A bathroom with comfortable shower 120x80 and toilet
On floor 2:
☆ 1 Bedroom with Double Bed
Outside:
☆ A sunny terrace, with a dining area. Perfect for outdoor meals with family or an aperitif with friends.
☆ A second terrace near the pool with deckchairs, for moments of relaxation.
