This special place is nested in a tranquil area and close to many points of interest, making it a perfect beach stay.
You will enjoy majestic sunrise views from the beach, access to shopping, entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants, live music, water sports, bike paths, and Hollywood Beach's famous Broadwalk nearly 2.5 miles along.

You will have access to the entire place., including:
- 2 Queen beds, 1 full sofa bed.
- 1 kitchenet including refrigerator, counter stove, microwave, sink, coffee machine, etc.; and
- 1 small cozy dining/living room.
This unit is connected to another unit by a locked interior door, similar to hotels with connecting rooms.
Both units are fully private, with separate entrances and no shared spaces.
The door is always locked on both sides and cannot be accessed by guests in either unit.
This reservation includes 1 on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away.
The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area.

Easy walk to beach. Parking included for one vehicle. Pool was clean. Nice outside shower to wash off sand from the beach prior to entering the unit. Plenty of outlets to plug things in. Window air conditioner located next to couch in kitchen/dinning/living room area. It got hot and stuffy in the bedroom area, with 5 people especially when using the shower. We bought a fan to help circulate the air and make it manageable to sleep.

Nice place, clean and comfortable. One short block from the beach. Nice pool. Communication with management was very good. We will come back.

The stairs were a challenge as one of my party is handicapped. Not as many amenities as in most VRBOs but the location does makeup for it.

I have to remark that parking was easy,also very much secure,the pool area was perfect for me an my wife,standing practicly just for us for a whole saturday a little bit cold but I know is the season,all te rest was perfect as well!
