About this house rental
The house is situated in a beautiful, peaceful natural setting in Vettekulla on the Baltic Sea coast, right by the sea, east of the small harbour town of Karlshamn and Vägga sailing marina, which has a restaurant and a smokehouse. Off the coast lies the Blekinge archipelago, which stretches as far as Karlskrona and is ideal for exploring by small ferry. Enjoy a genuine Swedish summer right by the sea and experience southern Sweden.
The holiday home was originally built as a gardener’s cottage. It is situated 100 metres from a private beach and jetty. The house (160 sq m) has three bathrooms and four bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, etc. It has been fully renovated and is cosily furnished. In the garden there is a large table with chairs, a stone barbecue, a garden shed for bicycles and play facilities for children. Pet-friendly!
From the outdoor area, there is a direct view of the bay. The plot extends towards the sea, where there are two jetties. You can swim, fish and row here or in the nearby Lindeborg forest lake. The many forest and cycle paths are ideal for leisurely walks and bike rides.
We rent out the house exclusively for 3 months, inclusive of all costs, final cleaning and VAT.
The annual Baltic Sea Festival (https://www.ostersjofestivalen.se/) takes place in Karlshamn in July. It’s a thoroughly entertaining mix of fairground fun and cultural events. The highlights are the opening and closing concerts in the market square. The old town centre, the castle island at the harbour entrance, the Punch Museum, Kreativum and Eriksberg Wildlife Park are great places to visit in the immediate vicinity.
We speak German, Swedish and English.
