• Must Climb Stairs: This is a 2-story unit. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor, accessible only by a staircase. This space is not suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.

• Shared Wall: You share one wall (the kitchen wall) with the main house. While the layout offers great privacy, you may occasionally hear muffled sounds from the neighbors.

• Urban Location: We are located near the SR-51 Highway. While this makes travel incredibly fast (10 mins to the airport!), sensitive sleepers should be aware of city/traffic ambient noise.



Guest Access:

• Arrival: 100% contactless self-check-in via a secure keypad.

• Parking: You have a dedicated space in the Carport. Please pull into the driveway and park under the shelter.

• The Entrance: Follow the path from the carport to the White Front Door (Do not go to the Blue door; that is the main house).
