- Occupancy: Maximum of 8 guests at all times; babies, infants, and children are included in the occupancy limit.
- Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+, occupy the property for the entire stay, and children are welcome with their parents.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation. A signed rental agreement is required for ALL reservations. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated.
- Security Verification: Guests must complete the required security verification process. This must be completed for your door code to be activated.
- No Smoking/Vaping/Open Flames: No smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames inside the property or on balconies/patios.
- Dogs: At dog-friendly properties, a signed Dog Addendum and $150 + tax fee per dog are required; maximum 2 dogs.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; please be respectful of neighbors and HOA/community rules.
- Parties/Events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited.
- HOA/Community Rules: Guests and visitors must comply with all applicable property, HOA, and community rules.
Starter Amenities:
We provide guests with a thoughtful selection of starter amenities to make your stay more comfortable. The condo was clean and comfortable. There is some maintenance that should be addressed to make the stay great. 1) batteries for fireplace remote were corroded. We replaced them. 2) pendant light over island was burnt out. We replaced it. 3) water filter in fridge needs to be replaced and beeped after every use. 4) there was only one ceramic bowl for Cereal/fruit/ice cream. 5) vanity drawers in master bathroom were gross and need to be covered. 6) tub faucet in master is leaking Finally, we stayed a week but there was no drawer space or enough hangers to unpack. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay. Neighbors were friendly and back deck/view was enjoyable. But lounge furniture pictured in listing was not present. It was replaced with a table and chairs.

This was a beautiful property. It was located in a nice neighborhood. It is right on the water and we enjoyed fishing right outside the back door. We would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay. Will stay again in the future.
Pros: 1. Lake has plenty of fish. 2. neighbors very friendly. 3. the unit was 90% clean. 4. the unit was updated and included nice appliances. 5. Very Dog Friendly neighborhood.
Cons: 1. The extra bedroom that included twin beds, had a stain on the carpet. 2. third day stay, new vacation tenents next door was loud and noisy.
overall stay was great.

My family and I recently stayed at this lovely VRBO property and had an absolutely fantastic time. The house was immaculate, well stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable.
The highlight for us was the beautiful water view from the property. We spent hours sitting on the deck, enjoying the peaceful scenery. Our four-year-old granddaughter was especially delighted to feed the birds and ducks that visited the area regularly. It was a truly magical experience for her, and for us as well.
We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful surroundings. The hosts were also very attentive and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!
