This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary  supplies until you have a chance to purchase them:

* 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
* 1 roll of paper towels
* 2 garbage bags
* 1 soap and 1 fabric softener
* 1 dish sponge
* 1 dish detergent
* A few dishwasher pods
* 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, and 1 soap per bathroom

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries, groceries, and desired meals.

Wash Towels

In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations, wash towels are considered personal items, so we recommend that guests bring their own.

Bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels will be provided at the house in proportion to the number of guests staying.

🧹 Housekeeping

* No daily housekeeping service is included in the rental rate
* The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in
* Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit
* Mid-stay cleaning service is available upon request for an additional fee

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please place trash in the resort dumpster daily to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

💰 Extra Services

We offer the following services for an additional fee:

* Mid-stay cleaning: $270.00
* BBQ rental: $100.00 for up to 1 week
* Pool water heating: $35.00 per day, 2-day minimum

📦 Online Purchases

If the online seller uses USPS, the package will not be delivered because the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, and the package may be returned to the sender.

* Some resorts may deliver packages to the clubhouse

* Some resorts may not accept packages

🏊 Pool Heater: Very Important

Please read carefully before requesting pool heat:

1. Cost: $35 per day
2. Minimum: 2 consecutive days
3. Temperature will not exceed 95°F
4. Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
5. The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets
6. The spa can only be heated if the entire pool is heated, and both will have the same temperature
7. The heater operates through heat exchange and may not work efficiently in cold weather

If you request pool heating during cold weather and the pool does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary automatic shutdown until the pump can regain efficient functionality.

*Pool heating is optional and may not be available at all times.*

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply if house rules are not followed, damages occur, or excessive cleaning is required after check-out.
