This cozy space features a bedroom with a comfortable king bed, a living room with two futons, kitchen (no oven), dining table for 4 and a well-equipped bathroom. Guests can enjoy amenities like a big screen TV, spacious screened porch with seating for 6, tv in bedroom, and relaxing jacuzzi bathtub during their stay. Whether you're exploring the beaches, the city or relaxing indoors, this fabulous apartment is the perfect home base for your getaway. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment.
Free onsite parking is provided, occupancy up to 4 guests (including children)

This is a NON-SMOKING apartment and we DO NOT allow PETS or ANIMALS of any kind (we cater to people with allergies. Thank you for your kindness and understanding)
There are bikes available upon request for your enjoyment and beach towels upon request.
Outdoor BBQ is provided if you want to grill out
There is a smoking section out in the side yard under the gazebo for your use
This is a quiet neighborhood and there is a county noise ordinance in effect from 10pm to 9am
We also have a "beach fun pack" rental if you're interested we can give you all the info
Property is only 1.5 miles to HCA St. Petersburg Hospital and 3.5 miles to Bay Pines Veterans Hospital
If you want to bring your boat and trailer we probably have room on site. Just message Tony to ask about available space.
