Great home & access to beach. Everything is walkable too. Only thing missing is comfortable patio seating, as shown in all their photos.

Great house, plenty large for the six of us. Beautiful view. Very, convenient access to the beach. Costs a bit more than previous trips, but if you want great gulf view, very easy access to the beach and beautiful modern home, this is your choice.
