About this house rental

Ideally located between the heart of Port Grimaud I and the beach, this beautiful fisherman’s house has recently benefited from a renovation of the ground floor.

On the street side, the entrance opens onto a pleasant, well-kept enclosed front garden.

The house is laid out as follows:

Ground floor: a bright, air-conditioned living room opening onto the south-facing terrace with canal view, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

First floor: two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and a renovated shower room with toilet.

Second floor: two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140 + 160 cm) and a bathroom with toilet.

On the canal side, the south-facing terrace is secured with a barrier and is perfect for enjoying sunny days in total tranquillity while admiring the beautiful view over the canals.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included — optional cleaning service available.

The signed rental agreement must be returned to the agency; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.

Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday opening only from May to September).

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning for a 4-bedroom house : 175 €.
