The building might look a bit old, but it seems to be kept clean and functioning. For whoever spends a vacation in Rimini on the beach, the hotel location is perfect since the building is only a few meters away from it. If you arrive by car they offfer private parking inside the hotel property.
The room had all the comforts I needed although probably due to thin walls I could hear anything happening in adjacent rooms and in the hallway. The queen size bed was actually two single bed matresses put close together.
