Start your mornings on the large veranda with a fresh coffee, watching the sunrise over the paddocks. The air is filled with the songs of colourful local birds, and if you keep a quiet eye on the paddocks, you’ll often see kangaroos grazing alongside the cows.

Queen Room (Bedroom 2): A bright and airy room featuring a comfortable Queen-sized bed with views of the grounds.
Bedroom 3: Ideal for children or singles, featuring two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total).
Bedroom 4: A cozy additional space featuring one set of bunk beds (2 beds total).
Bathrooms: Three bathrooms in total (including the ensuite), ensuring no morning "traffic jams."

Chef’s & Bakers’ Kitchen: Fully equipped for those who love to cook and bake! Features a full cooking stove with oven, a large fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. We provide all the cooking utensils, including everything you need for baking perfect for making a big, yummy dinner or fresh treats for everyone to enjoy.

We were greeted by a lovely young lady who showed us around our accommodation.The house was spotless and has all the modern amenities with ample room for a large family. a large covered entertainment area plus a huge neatly mown lawn.The view from the front veranda allows you to sit and relax while watching the cattle in an adjoining paddock.We will most certainly be returning to this farmhouse that is only a five minute drive to the centre of Gulgong with it's museums and social outlets, plus Mudgee is only 28 kilometres away and that is the hub of the central western plains.
