Had a great time at the beach this past weekend. Here's a quick review of our stay. Pros: - Very clean, well appointed home with everything you need (kitchen, bath, laundry, etc.). Photos are very accurate. - House backs to a small lake/pond with a huge Live Oak covering the deck, offering shade and a bird watching paradise, if that's what you are into. Very peaceful. - Location was great.. minutes from Madiera Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, etc. and a new Publix right around the corner. The Thai place around the corner was awesome. - Easy check-in / check-out and communication with the host. Cons: None... more of a few heads up... - When you first pull down the street the house is on, some of the homes you pass by need some love, but the neighborhood is super quiet and the house and location makes up for it. - Some confusion on the number of bedrooms, the listing said 3BR but the description of the property said 2BRs. It is, in fact, 3 BRs. Overall a nice, clean, convenient rental. I would recommend.

Literally off the beaten path. Close to anywhere that you want to see or visit.Nice little lake with birds to watch. Quiet little area, but you can hear the outside traffic and city noise to remind you how close you are.
