This brand-new home combines modern luxury with warm, thoughtful design, offering the perfect base for your Margaret River getaway. Located right in the centre of town, you’ll have cafés, boutiques, and the lively Margaret River main street at your doorstep,yet just minutes away are forest trails, the river, and the natural beauty that makes this region so special.
Stylish Comfort & Relaxation
Step through the hallway and into a home designed with both elegance and ease in mind. To your right, discover the master suite, complete with a walk-in robe, ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet), and a smart TV for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Continue into the open-plan living area, where modern décor and homely touches create a welcoming atmosphere. Curl up by the fireplace, challenge friends to a game of Monopoly, or simply relax in the beautifully styled space. The fully equipped kitchen,complete with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and premium coffee machine stocked with MR Roasting beans—makes cooking a joy, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a special dinner at home.
On the opposite side of the house, two additional queen bedrooms provide quiet comfort and style. These rooms share a sleek bathroom with both shower and bath. A separate toilet and a laundry with washing machine add convenience, especially for longer stays.

Step outside to a private courtyard designed for easy entertaining. With a large dining table and BBQ, it’s the perfect spot for enjoying Margaret River’s evenings. Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
