The space
I’m Fany! An apartment in the heart of Guadalajara. My owners are fans of industrial design and vintage items, so you’ll find antique cameras, vinyl records, and a turntable inside.
I’m on the 6th floor, and I’m one of the few places with a balcony in the complex where I’m located, so you can enjoy a spectacular view of one of the oldest neighborhoods in Guadalajara while you relax. You can see the San Juan de Dios Temple, the Hospicio Cabañas, and the Guadalajara Cathedral.
I have 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 guests, plus a sofa bed in case you need extra space. The master bedroom has a double bed and a Roku TV; the other room has a double/single bunk bed and a small workspace. The sofa bed is in the living room. Both rooms have a full closet, hooks, and a steam iron.
For your use and comfort, the living room has a turntable (which also serves as a speaker) and a Smart TV with Roku. There’s also a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with various appliances and utensils, a full bathroom with towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. You’ll also have access to the pool, gym, private parking space, and children’s play area within the complex.
