Near downtown LA, supermarket, LAX. Near 10 and 60 freeway.Safe community. No limit street parking. Owner live in next door easy to get help. Walk to city park in 5 minutes. Bus station on the street. there are one room at first floor and three rooms at scend floor.

The place is incredible. My family and I absolutely loved it; I would definitely come back. It’s a great spot—and very clean, too! It has everything you could need and is extremely well-equipped. I recommend it 10 out of 10.

Arrived with a track team for the big Arcadia track meet. Excited to find an affordable place 20m from the track. Very quiet area which was great. House offered plenty of sleeping spaces and extra towels, blankets etc which was very nice. It was very bare bones but was great for a two night stay. I would just suggest a good cleaning of the walls, other than that it was very clean…especially the floors. They had lots of kitchen appliances so that was nice to have the options. Ac worked great. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay again.
