About this apartment rental
The Apartment is located in El Laguito / Bocagrande, close to the Hilton Hotel in Cartagena. It has all the facilities, private jacuzzi on the balcony, access to the beach, 2 pools, 24 hour security.
Spectacular views! It has one large terrace over looking the ocean, Fast WIFI, Fully loaded kitchen, washer dryer.

ABOUT PROPERTY
Upon arriving at the building, you will find a 24-hour reception where you must register and pay $25,000 COP (approximately $7 USD) to obtain the access bracelet.
Then, a member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, located on the 35th floor, to complete the check-in.
The apartment has an electronic lock that works with a key card, which will be given to you by our team member.
Upon entering, to the right, you will see the living room, dining room, and kitchen. To the left are the bedrooms.
The first bedroom has two double beds, a closet, a safe, and a TV.
The second bedroom also has two double beds and a closet. Directly in front of the main door is the full social bathroom.
The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, and it has direct access to the apartment’s balcony.
On the balcony, you will find a private jacuzzi with a capacity for 4-5 people. Being on the 35th floor, the apartment offers a wonderful view of the sea that will captivate you.
The building has two swimming pools: one located on the 43rd floor and another in the first floor. Additionally, you will have access to the gym and the Turkish bath.
The guest bracelet will allow you to enter all these common areas.
The pools have two access schedules:
from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm
and
from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
VISITING HOURS:
10 am to 5 am of the next day
Max 2 visitors at a time.
The gym is open from 7 am to 7 pm.
To enter, you must go to reception with your ID, where they will give you a card to turn on the air conditioners. When you finish, you can return the card to reception, and they will return your ID.
The Turkish bath is open from 7 am to 5 pm. To use it, you must know how to adjust the temperature.
GUEST ACCESS
