Peaceful 150m² guest house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family (sleeps 12 - 6 double beds). Come and recharge your batteries in a peaceful setting. Ideal for 1 or 2 families - possibility of renting an additional 3-room apartment on the same property. In the heart of the village of Barjols en Provence, known for its 38 fountains, with numerous waterfalls and swimming spots nearby. You have everything close by and within walking distance: bakery, grocery store, tobacconist, bar, post office, restaurant, Intermarché with Drive… Private use of the 1st floor of a house with a private garden. - 2 bedrooms and the possibility of a 3rd independent bedroom as an option (€40 per night, 15m² with 2 double beds, by choosing the optional property fees). Sheets, chests of drawers, bedside tables and closets.
- Equipped kitchen, Nespresso or Tassimo coffee machine, American-style refrigerator and dining area.
- Large living room with dining area, fireplace and terrace overlooking the almost 1-hectare property, convertible corner sofa and 3-seater convertible sofa. Dining table for 8 people + 6 on the terrace. - Bathroom with large shower including seat, double sink and towel rack. Large games and fitness room with: - Billiards - Foosball - Giant chess - Treadmill - Elliptical trainer. The front is private and you have the option of closing your outdoor area with a second gate. Covered parking for 2 cars. Access to the shared and fully fenced garden at the rear, almost 1 hectare, with a swimming pool which we also have access to, although we avoid using it when you are staying. Many animals in the garden: chickens, dogs, and cats. We accept clean and sociable pets. Outdoor jacuzzi in summer for an additional fee upon request 24 hours in advance (€50 for 3 days).
