This waterfront vacation home has magnificent views from every angle, with four bedrooms, this sophisticated contemporary home is perfectly appointed and close to the charming town center of Chatham and glorious beaches. A fabulous master bedroom has a dramatic all marble private bathroom. There is a media room in the finished basement for late night movie watching or rainy-day fun. Just a short distance from the beach, fisherman pier and Chatham Bars Inn. applicable taxes and **** Firepit NOT for use due to owners' insurance.
HOME amenities hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, beach towels, beach chairs, K cup all linens included starter supply of items for stay.

This was for my sister’s birthday. She has moved from NY to Massachusetts and I arranged for friends from her old neighborhood to stay with us.
Everyone had a wonderful time even though the weather didn’t cooperate.
The sunrise from the patio were spectacular.

From the moment you walk in the door you will think I never want to leave. From the beautiful home and patio area, the stunning views, the short walk to the beach and close proximity to all of Cape Cod this home has it all. Everything in it screams luxury yet it is so welcoming. A wonderful place to create memories. You will want to come back every year.
