Located within a semi-detached villa, the accommodation is set in the beautiful setting of the southern coast of Elba Island, in an ideal position to fully enjoy the sea of the Tuscan Archipelago. The beaches of Lacona and Margidore, among the most popular in the area, can be reached in just a few minutes, while the nearby seafront offers bars and restaurants perfect for a sunset aperitif or a dinner with a view over the water
The apartment
Located on the ground floor, the one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to four people and features a welcoming living room with kitchenette and double pull-out sofa bed, a bright double bedroom, and a modern bathroom with shower
Outside you will find the true highlight: a large, well-kept garden and a panoramic patio from which to enjoy a charming sea view, ideal for starting the day in peace or relaxing in the evening while admiring the unique colors of the sea of the Tuscan Archipelago. Completing the property is a private internal parking space, reserved for guests for the entire duration of the stay

Children up to 2 years: cot not provided. No supplement if using your own cot or sleeping in the parents’ bed
Included services: all utilities (electricity, water, gas), wi-fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and a convenient private parking space;
Pets are welcome on request. A €45 per stay fee applies to allow for extra cleaning.
