"Les 3 Marmottes" is a comfortable duplex, rated 3 stars, perfect for family or group stays. Enjoy skiing in the Grand Massif or exploring year-round activities in the Giffre Valley, all in the charming Savoyard village of Samoëns, Haute-Savoie. From the west-facing balcony, watch paragliders soar above the valley!
On the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and filter coffee maker. The bright living room opens onto a balcony with valley views. This level also offers a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a shower room, and separate toilets. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x190). Another bedroom with its own balcony features a double bed (160x200). There is also a second shower room and separate toilets.
The residence provides a coworking space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, TV, washer and dryer, hairdryer, baby equipment (high chair, crib, changing mat, dishes), raclette and fondue sets. A private garage, dedicated parking space, and ski locker are available.
