Looking for a home centrally located between DISNEYLAND and UNIVERSAL STUDIOS? This is the perfect home for you! There's a GAMING AREA, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms + a half bath, a fully stocked kitchen, free laundry machines & a spacious living room.
LOCATION: Our 2,200-square-foot home is situated in a small, gated community in San Gabriel, California. Centrally located, where you can get the best food locally (FOODIE CENTRAL!) and easily hit LA attractions.

Bedroom 3: Two queens with a dresser and TV
BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms supplied with essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer, and more. Towels provided. A half bathroom is conveniently located downstairs.
GAMING AREA: On the second story of the home, and includes a 2-player Pac-Man machine, magnetic darts, and other family-friendly games! There is also a door that leads out to a balcony that comfortably fits 4 people
KITCHEN: Features a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, knives, and other cooking/baking and dining essentials!
LIVING ROOM: Our roomy living area provides great entertainment with its 65-inch smart TV that has Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services. The couch is expansive and can fit a whole family!
LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are free to use! Detergent and dryer sheets are FREE and provided with your stay.
PARKING AREA: You have access to a 2-car garage as well as 2 additional spots located at the back of the community that are first-come serve that is shared with 4 other units. Street parking is PROHIBITED from 2 AM - 6 AM and on street cleaning days (check posted signs). ***We are not responsible for any tow or parking tickets received***
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings like parties, as this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500
SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the house and within community grounds. Any trace/smell of cigarettes or cannabis will be fined as much as $500. Please smoke outside the gate of the community if you must.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until 12:00AM midnight
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM *unauthorized late check out will be charged $1 per minute after 10 am*
PETS: $50 PER pet fee, and we use that fee towards deep cleaning of fur and dander to avoid any pet allergies for the next guest. Pets may NOT be left inside the property unattended without prior approval. An unapproved pet will result in a $200 charge. Service animals are welcome (no fee)!
LONG TERM STAYS: For stays over 30 days, the first round of household supplies will be provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, all soaps, etc). Anything that runs out, guest will be responsible for replenishing for their own use.
