Cielo Mar is a residential and tourist neighborhood in Cartagena, located between the historic center and Rafael Núñez Airport. It stands out for its modern buildings, beachfront hotels, and direct access to the beaches of the Crespo area. It's a quiet area with views of the Caribbean Sea, a good selection of nearby restaurants, and easy access to both the city center and the northern part of the city. It's ideal for those seeking comfort, beaches, and proximity to the airport without being too far from the main attractions.

On foot: Only recommended for short trips within the neighborhood or to Crespo Beach. Taxi or ride-hailing apps (InDriver, Uber, DiDi): The most practical way to get to the Historic Center (10–15 min), Bocagrande, or the airport (5 min). Private or rental car: Ideal if you want to travel at your own pace and explore areas like La Boquilla, Manzanillo del Mar, or Barú. Bicycle: Possible for short trips, but main roads have fast traffic and bike lanes are not always available.
