Accessed via a small covered terrace, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features a sofa, armchair, TV (Swedish channels), and internet connectivity. A dining table for four is located between the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner induction stove, oven, extraction hood, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and necessary utensils. The rear of the house includes two bedrooms (the first with 2 single beds and the second with a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Additional amenities include electric heating, complimentary laundry facilities in a shared washhouse nearby, and an optional motorboat rental. Pets are allowed, and electricity costs are included.
