About this house rental
The Reihernest house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and offers 65 square meters of ground-floor living space—everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation with your family and dog on the coast.
The Jadebusen and the dyke foreland are only about 700 meters from the vacation home and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The “Floating Moor,” an UNESCO Natural Heritage Site unique in the world, is in the immediate vicinity.
The heart of the vacation home is a well-maintained, bright living room with a seating area, a wood-burning stove, and an adjoining dining area with an open kitchen.
Large window panels with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area allow you to enjoy the view outside at all times, creating a connection to the large garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The wood-burning stove in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere on cold days.
Wi-Fi internet access is, of course, available free of charge.
In addition, there is a landline phone connection that can also be used free of charge (no cell phone service).
Both bedrooms have double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.60 x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms can be darkened with roller shutters.
All windows in the vacation home are equipped with insect screens to keep out unwanted pests.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom was largely renovated in February 2023.
On the furnished, covered patio, you can enjoy the sun and the healthy North Sea air while having breakfast. The well-maintained and fully fenced property features a lawn (approx. 500 m²).
This makes it ideal for families with small children or families with dogs to enjoy a relaxing vacation to the fullest.
You can also have bread delivered daily via the bread roll service.
In Varel, 15 km away, you’ll find all the shops you need for daily necessities, including Aldi, Famila, and more.
Excellent restaurants in the towns surrounding Sehestedt invite you to visit.
You’ll find indoor swimming pools in Dangast and Tossens.
Or, in the summer, of course, the North Sea Lagoon in Burhave.
