The Neighborhood: This trendy North Mesa neighborhood is truly one of a kind. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available, fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud

We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits cannot be rescheduled or delayed.

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check-in both afternoon and night!

We`re dedicated to ensuring your stay is seamless and enjoyable. Whether you require our assistance frequently or prefer minimal interaction, we`re here to accommodate your needs. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please reach out to us via your preferred messaging channel during our business hours from 7 am to 7 pm. We`ll make every effort to respond promptly, typically within an hour. In case of emergencies requiring immediate attention, don`t hesitate to contact our business line right away. Otherwise, we`ll respect your privacy and allow you to fully enjoy your time in our home.

Here are a few additional services our guests usually take advantage of along with the rates. Please submit any requests at least 1 week prior to check-in.

2. Late Check-Out - $200 (when available & able to confirm 1 week prior to arrival)
3. Optional Pool Heating - $125/night *Heated Spa/Jacuzzi is included with your reservation.
4. Optional Daily Housekeeping - $200 for two hours. *Includes bathrooms, kitchen, and common living spaces. Please submit any special requests in advance.
5. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Lastly, we use a platform called `Know Your Guest` via Truvi as part of our guest screening process.
