About this villa rental
Perched in a beautiful setting on Kefalonia’s more refined northern coast, Nikolas is welcoming retreat with sweeping sea views, elegant interiors and easy access to the island’s finest beaches and villages.
Inside, the villa is arranged over two levels and has been thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort and space. The ground floor features a bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that flows into a covered terrace, ideal for indoor-outdoor living. A twin bedroom with en suite can also be found on this floor. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with its own en suite and direct access to a shared balcony with panoramic views out to the Ionian Sea.
The interiors are light and airy, blending soft neutral tones with traditional touches such as exposed wooden beams and tiled floors. Large windows and patio doors flood the villa with natural light, drawing the eye to the surrounding scenery.
Outside, generous living spaces invite you to unwind, from the shaded dining terrace with built-in barbecue to the private swimming pool below (accessed by steps down). Enveloped by a sun terrace and loungers, it’s the perfect spot for long, relaxed days in the sun.
The peaceful village of Antipata is just a short stroll away (600m), offering a mini-market, snack bar and two traditional tavernas serving classic Greek dishes. A short drive brings you to Fiskardo (4km), one of Kefalonia’s most picturesque harbour towns, known for its colourful Venetian architecture, boutique shops and excellent waterfront dining.
The villa is also ideally located for exploring some of the island’s most beautiful beaches. Emblisi Beach (3.5km) and Foki Bay (6km) are both within easy reach, with crystal-clear waters and scenic surroundings. For those who enjoy exploring on foot, nearby forest paths lead to hidden coves such as Dafnoudi Beach (1.6km), perfect for a more secluded swim.
Nikolas enjoys a privileged position alongside its sister property, Persephone, making it an excellent choice for larger groups wishing to holiday close together.
Being located next door to Persephone, means Nikolas could be a good choice for an extended family or a group of friends who can be near to each other whilst retaining their own individual space and privacy. There are 26 steps from the parking area to the villa entrance.
Please note: The Greek Government charge a Climate Tax which is payable by guests staying in hotels and other properties. For Nikolas the charge is a flat rate of €15 (£13.04) per night. For your convenience we will add this amount to your booking, rather than you having to pay it in resort.
