Plaza Colonial is a lively and convenient plaza located just off the main city center of Playas del Coco. Guests will enjoy having essential services right at their doorstep, including a bank, pharmacy, and a large supermarket, making everyday needs easy and stress-free.
The heart of Coco’s town center is only a 5–10 minute walk away, and from there it’s an additional 5-minute walk to Coco’s main beach. In town, guests can explore a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, cafés, ice cream shops, local supermarkets, and souvenir stores, all contributing to the area’s relaxed yet energetic beach-town atmosphere.

To the left of the entrance, guests will find an in-unit washer, providing added convenience for both short and extended stays.
The living area is cozy and functional, featuring a comfortable sofa bed that accommodates two additional guests, along with a TV for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just off the living room, step out onto the private balcony, where you can enjoy views overlooking the plaza below and take advantage of the outdoor seating for four—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
The spacious primary bedroom offers a queen bed, generous closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom, which is accessed exclusively through the bedroom.

This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
Please note that this complex DOES NOT have access to a pool.
