About this chalet rental
Beautiful chalet located in Puy-St-Pierre, in a quiet and sunny village, 4.5 km from Briançon and on the Serre Chevalier estate.
February holidays from Sunday 22 February (zones B and C).
Rentals from Sunday to Sunday for the February holidays.
Recently renovated by local craftsmen with quality materials, this chalet offers all the comforts for a relaxed holiday with family or friends. Bathed in light, it offers panoramic views of the mountain and the Durance valley!
On the living floor, living / dining room open to the fully equipped kitchen. Large balcony facing south-east, letting in the sun all day long. Deckchairs on the balcony allow you to enjoy the exceptional view of the Durance mountain range and the Briançon valley, its old forts, without any vis-à-vis (only the village church) and absolute calm!
3 double bedrooms (two queen size, 160cm)
3 single bedrooms (including a bunk bed). Capacity 10 people.
Close to the slopes of the Serre Chevalier area: the chalet is a 15-minute walk from the Pralong middle station (possibility to book ski lockers to return to the chalet in après-ski boots).
Garden (not fenced). Restaurant in the village.
Cheeses and dairy products at the Pralong farm within walking distance (10 min). Shops (food, bakery, etc.) are located in Briançon, 10 minutes away by car.
Equipment: complete appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker (filters), etc... and the essential raclette and fondue sets), Wifi (fiber), Marshall Bluetooth Hi-Fi system.
Rental only by the week except in mid-season and outside school holidays, contact me.
