About this house rental
Located in the coastal town Alcudia, in the beautiful island Mallorca, the holiday home Villa Can Gaya is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. The 350m2 property consists of a living room with a fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, 2 with double beds), as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, a dryer, and a table tennis table. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, a covered terrace, an open terrace when you can start your day with a warm cup of coffee, a barbecue, a nice furnished balcony, a pool where you can cool off on warm summer days and an outdoor shower. You will find a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (150-500m; 2 minutes walking-7 minutes walking), while the closest beach, Platja de Muro is just 1.1km away (14 minutes walking). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport are a 46-minute drive away from the accommodation (63.8km).

The villa is absolutely amazing and in a great location.
We had the best holiday.
The pool is a great size and amazing, we spent our days in it. It is a deep pool so be aware with younger children.
The villa is so spacious and modern, as a family of 10 we had plenty of space.
It is a fair distance from the main strip of alcudia but that didn't bother us as we hired bikes, which we stored easily in the garage.
But there are plenty of restaurants and shops closed by and also the beach which is amazing you can walk out quite far in the sea before it goes deepan so calm, which is great for little ones, it was lovely to explore the port side of alcudia. And it's not too far from the old town a 10 mins cycle.
We really did have an amazing Holiday and the villa easily made it even more so.

This property is very nice, the layout of the house is very nice. It is very close to the beach area and all of the shops! Very clean and the check in process was smooth and easy. There wasn't anything bad about this experience, everything was great, they communicated well, the pool was nice to have on those hot days! I recommend this place to everyone!

Cons: Værelse med 3 senge. Her blev skibsbriks til 2 senge, hvor vi valgte ikke at bruge den ene, da den ikke var stabil til en voksen.
