Located in an Art-Deco building from the 20s, this comfortable space offers a breathtaking view of the Hebihens archipelago, with a preserved rustic charm.
Enjoy direct access to tennis courts and proximity to the beach (100 meters) and the Pen-Guen golf course (400 meters).PGJyPg

Saint-Cast is 1km away and Dinard and Saint-Malo are only 20km away.
The main asset of this apartment is the breathtaking view of the sea and the brightness. We often go there in summer with our children because it's a few hours from Paris or Brussels and we don't suffer from a heat wave in summer. The water is excellent and the local gastronomy is excellent.
There is a beach club for thrill seekers and a delicious restaurant where Gérard will make his best mussels (open in high season). PGJyPg
2km away and open all year round, you can go to the Saint-Cast Golf Club.
If you like to walk off the beaten path, the Grande Randonnée (GR) cheming literally passes at the foot of the building and takes you, if you have the courage, to Fort-La-Latte (to the west) and to Saint-Malo (to the east).

Nice flat with wonderful sea views, very close to the beach. Tennis courts are available on site and parking is very easy. Location is very nice.The flat itself is a bit old style and some renovation work would be welcome. The beds and the sofa bed are modern and confortable.The host is very friendly and provided clear guidance which made it easy to access.One positive point is that it's pet-friendly and our little dog was welcome.Overall, a nice stay.
