Welcome to Casa Cedar Cottage! This spacious 2BR/1.5BA townhome offers comfort and convenience in a safe, fenced neighborhood. Features a king bed, two twins (convertible to king), and a queen sofa bed. Enjoy Smart TVs in every room, high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and two parking spaces. Relax on the balcony with rattan chairs and unwind in peaceful surroundings close to shops and dining in Decatur.
The space: Main Level features a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed, large accent chairs, and a Smart TV. The dining space has a stylish counter-height table, and the fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware and modern appliances. A half bath and laundry area are on the main level, plus a private back patio and access to the community garden. Upstairs: Primary Bedroom with a king bed, dresser, two large closets, Smart TV, and a private balcony with rattan chairs. Second Bedroom with two twin beds (can combine into a king), large headboards, Smart TV, work desk, and closet. A newly upgraded full bathroom upstairs. Included amenities: hotel-quality linens & blackout curtains, complimentary coffee, bottled water & toiletries, high-speed WiFi, in-unit washer & dryer. Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home. Self check-in with a digital lock; a unique access code is provided prior to arrival. Due to limited parking, parking is restricted to 2 vehicles only; unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM, check-out at 10AM (early check-in/late check-out available on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). High-speed WiFi throughout. Quiet hours are 11PM-7AM; parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the property.
