The villa consists of three separate units, making it perfect for families or groups seeking privacy while staying together. On the ground floor, there is an apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two apartments: one with one bedroom, a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and the other with two bedrooms, a kitchen with living area, and a bathroom. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace with sea views.
Guests have access to a private pool, barbecue, summer kitchen, and private parking. For additional adventure, a boat rental is available on the property upon agreement with the owner. The owner lives on-site and is available for assistance, while respecting guests’ privacy in the pool and garden areas.
