The apartment features three bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The master bedroom includes a private lounge area and offers direct access to the penthouse’s exclusive pool, creating the perfect space for relaxation and privacy.
For your comfort, the air conditioning system operates automatically. When you leave the apartment, it will turn off safely, and once you return—as long as the windows are closed—it will switch back on, ensuring both energy efficiency and comfort. As part of our commitment to the environment, all three bathrooms are equipped with bidets.
Our penthouse is located in Aldea Zama, a modern and secure community perfectly situated between downtown Tulum and just 5 minutes from the stunning Caribbean beaches. It offers the perfect balance of peace and proximity to everything that makes Tulum special.

The penthouse is located in Aldea Zama, a modern and secure community perfectly situated between downtown Tulum and just 5 minutes from the stunning Caribbean beaches. The complex consists of several towers. Our penthouse is located in Tower 5, which features controlled access from the lobby; from there, you can take the elevator directly to the apartment’s floor, where the main entrance is equipped with a digital lock. As a two-level unit, there is a second exit on the upper level, next to the private pool area.
All access and check-in details will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.
During your stay, you’ll have the support of a Tulum-based representative who is available to assist with any emergency or unexpected situation.
We’ll also be available at all times through the Vrbo platform to help with any questions or needs you may have. Our goal is to make your experience comfortable, safe, and worry-free
We want you to enjoy Tulum just as much as we have. On the fourth floor of our tower—the same level as your private pool—you’ll also find a shared pool with a grill area and a gym, available to all guests in the building.
You’ll also have access to all the amenities located in the complex’s central building: from a kids’ playroom and coworking spaces to private movie rooms and pool tables.
