Welcome to our newly renovated and charming vacation home “Aalhuus” at Aalweg 2 in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea —a wonderful retreat for a group of four seeking pure relaxation!
Furnished with a maritime theme and great attention to detail, the colors of the sky, the sea, and the sand are reflected throughout the house and define our “Aalhus.” This wonderful house is located just about 350 m from the beach. The town center, with its charming fishing harbor, restaurants, and boutiques, is also right nearby.
A peaceful atmosphere surrounds the property, which is also located near the bird park and a nature reserve. Supermarkets are conveniently located about one and a half kilometers away.

The warm and inviting 3-bedroom vacation home “Aalhus” in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea promises a relaxing stay. Situated in a quiet part of this beautiful fishing village, it captivates you with its charming atmosphere the moment you step into the entryway. The open-concept living and dining area is cozy and inviting. Here you’ll find a TV (with smart features and HD quality), a comfortable sofa set, and a bright dining area for social gatherings.
The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, among other things, and offers plenty of space for cooking and dining.
Bedroom I features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. In Bedroom II, you’ll also find a double bed (200x200 cm), a TV (no private channels, no smart TV functionality), and ample storage space for your luggage. The bathroom features a walk-in shower separated by a shower partition, as well as a toilet.
The living areas on the upper floor can be darkened with exterior blinds, while those on the first floor feature charming Roman shades.
The furnished west-facing terrace offers you a wonderful retreat, especially in the evening, to relax in an idyllic atmosphere!

Please note that the TV in the bedroom receives the channels ZDF, ARD, ZDF NEO, 3 SAT, KIKA, ONE, ARTE, WDR, and PHOENIX. Unfortunately, private channels are not available, and there is no smart TV functionality either.
The owners have combined timeless Scandinavian design classics by Louis Paulsen, Carl Hansen, and Fritz Hansen with modern designs by Vitra, Dibbern, and Iittala. The apartment reflects a passion for art—the Aalhus is adorned with numerous paintings.
Please note that the fireplace cannot be used.
A parking space for your car is available on the property next to the house. Bicycles cannot be stored under cover, but can be parked next to the house (unlockable). Free Wi-Fi is available.
This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed here.
A basic supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, a sponge, a sponge cloth (no dish towel), and dishwasher tablets is provided for you.
