This apartment with SEA VIEW is located in a condominium just a few steps from one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in Florianópolis: Campeche beach.

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
