Trendy 3BR I Free Parking I Workspace

This townhome is beautifully updated. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. There's a great little coffee shop in easy walking distance from the townhome and plenty of green spaces nearby to walk our dog. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Our 2 rental cars fit in the garage with some maneuvering around the garbage bins outside. Future renters should know that although there is a bedroom on the first floor of the unit, there is NO bathroom or shower on the first floor. Guests staying in that room must climb a flight of stairs to use the toilet in the 1/2 bath on the second floor and have to climb another flight of stairs to use the shower in one of the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. There are a lot of stairs, so this unit is not ideal for the elderly or elderly dogs. We had a couple of issues to start our stay (door was not programmed with the right code to get in and no wi-fi for the first 24 hours) but Austin was super responsive and helpful with any issues. The rooftop deck is nice, but it would be helpful if there were some outdoor furniture up there as well.

Spotless apartment. Staff nonexistent, but did return phone call to answer questions after I left voice message.
